Sitting majestically on a spacious courtyard overlooking the lake, the 450m2 “L” shaped mas is a beautiful two hundred-year-old fully restored property. In the main part of the house (long side of the L) there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus an independent studio. Two separate apartments, both sleeping four, are in the other part of the mas (short side of the L.)
There are two entrances to the main house. The first will take you into the kitchen that is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dryer, and all cooking materials for your needs. Then you move into the large living room with working fireplace, beamed ceiling, sofas, lounge chairs, television, music system, DVD player and stocked bookshelves. Windows and French door open onto the courtyard, which faces South. As you leave the living room you enter an office area with separate bathroom, from there you find a double grand stairway which connects to the main entrance. The stairway splits at the top leading into a hallway, to your right you will find the pink bedroom, on the left there are the blue and the yellow bedrooms that are usually offered as B&B. The whole house has beautiful beamed high ceilings in the true style of a Provençal mas, thick stone walls keep it cool in the summer.
