	Apartment 1 is on the ground floor and totally independant with its own parking area. There are large windows (with shutters) in every room giving the apartment lots of sunlight, as well as tiled floor for confort in the summer months. The front door opens into a long hallway taking you to the living area and private terrace. Central heating provided during off-season lets.
	Large comfortable double bed, sofa, built in closet, bedside tables with lamps, large window, view of the swimming pool and lake. Extra blankets provided for the winter, fans for those warmer summer nights.

	Spacious bright living area furnished with a large sofa, two comfortable armchairs, dining table with chairs, bookcase. The room opens onto a private terrace, with table and chairs that overlooks the lake and rolling hills. The kitchen is attached and fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, china, and all cooking materials.
	The bathroom has a shower, cabinets, and a window overlooking the lake. Toilet is separate. All linens and some basics for your arrival are provided. A welcome surprise gift will be waiting for you as well.
